Finding the perfect rental home is about more then identifying the house with the right number of bedrooms. The perfect rental home is in a community you and your family can call home. New Tampa is the fastest growing "community" in Hillsborough County. This area contains thousands of beautiful acres of award-winning master-planned communities in a spectacular natural setting. New Tampa offers a lifestyle that includes sports, recreation, nature parks, excellent golf courses, tennis and swimming facilities, nature trails and more.
Turning on utilities is usually not a favorite task when preparing to move into a new rental home. However, since most houses, townhouses and condos will not come with utilities being paid by the landlord, this list of utilities in the New Tampa area should be helpful. Many renters question what utilities will cost for a unit, generally the utility company is best suited to answer that question and provide the average amount paid for similar units in the neighborhood or what the previous occupant paid, on average, for the past year.
